Abstract

This research explores the psychological dimensions and contemporary applications of the training methods employed by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It examines how his approach to moral, emotional, and cognitive development aligns with foundational principles of modern psychology, such as empathy, motivation, behavior modification, and emotional intelligence. By analyzing his interactions with companions, methods of conflict resolution, and personalized mentoring strategies, the study highlights how prophetic training fostered long-term personal transformation and community development. The paper also discusses how these timeless methods can be effectively adapted in modern educational, therapeutic, and leadership contexts to address present-day psychological and social challenges.
