Abstract

In the present age, it is the responsibility of every person to awaken the concept of the Hereafter among his dependents, so that the standard of morality of Muslims is higher and they can reach this point. Under the concept of fear of God and concern for the Hereafter, Islam requires every member of the society to fulfill other duties based on good morals. The concept of business ethics has become an indispensable part of today's economic system. As educational institutions and universities around the world have included it in the regular curriculum. Similarly, the general business segment needs to utilize it Nowadays product advertisement is one of the good means of commercial promotion without which economic and commercial stability is difficult but at the same time exploitation of consumers through advertisement has also become normal. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate rules and regulations for this so that the rights of the consumers can be protected and they get the understanding of their rights so that no one oppresses them. And at the same time, by giving proper development to the profession of businessmen, they should get a place of respect in this world and hereafter. Being an Islamic country, it needs legislation in the light of the teachings of Quran and Hadith so that the economic system of our country becomes favorable for businessmen. And investors from other countries also come here and invest because proper legislation and its strict implementation will surely protect the rights of both traders and consumers. But at the same time, if any individual or company is found guilty of violating these laws, legal action should be taken against them immediately.
