Abstract

Environmental crises such as climate change, pollution, and resource depletion have become global challenges that transcend geographical, cultural, and religious boundaries. In this context, the role of interfaith dialogue emerges as a vital tool for promoting collective responsibility and sustainable solutions. This aper explores the relationship between environmental awareness and interfaith dialogue, emphasizing how diverse religious traditions provide moral and ethical foundations for ecological protection.  By highlighting shared values – such as stewardship, harmony with nature, and accountability to the Creator- interfaith cooperation can foster a universal commitment to environment preservation. The study argues that integrating ecological consciousness into interfaith discussions not only strengthens mutual respect among religious but also mobilizes communities toward practical and ethical responses to environmental issues. Thus, environmental awareness, when coupled with interfaith dialogue, can serve as a powerful avenue for nurturing global solidarity and achieving ecological sustainability.
